I like to take notes when doing my personal Bible study. I wanted to teach my daughter how to break down the parts of verses to understand the meaning and context, and also find ways to take notes through verse mapping. I decided to create a graphic organizer for her to assist in this process of how to study scripture.
This product has 2 pages. You can use one page or both pages for your scripture study. This pack could be used in a personal study, Bible lesson, or Sunday school class.
Page 1 includes places for:
– scripture
– unknown words
– meanings of unknown words
– verbs
– nouns
– where verse is found (Old or New Testament)
– “What this means to me” (application)
Page 2 is a “Context” page and includes spaces for:
– Book of the Bible
– Geography
– person who recorded this verse in the Bible
– time period
– place to draw a picture about the verse
