I suggest laminating the chart and place a strip of magnetic tape on the back and place it on your fridge. Everyday your child can mark off the food they have eaten on the chart with a dry erase marker. Then erase it each morning to start again!

Every child is different, some have trouble trying new foods. Make check lists your solution!
These charts follow the CDC’s recommendations for number of servings for children. I am not a healthcare professional, please make choices based on what works best for your family.
I chose to put 5 servings each for Fruits and Vegetables to encourage children to have as many fruits and veggies as possible each day.
