Goals for ILPs: Forms for Individual Learning Plan for Students

This file is a template to create your own Individual Learning Plan with SMART goals for any of your children, but especially for those with special needs. The file has 12 pages that include a large pool of goals for Cognitive Skills, Language Arts: Phonics, Reading Fluency, Reading Comprehension, Math: Concepts, Calculation, Application, and Practical Life Math, and Content Knowledge for Social Studies and Science.

If you have had difficulty finding a curriculum that works for your homeschool, you probably want to consider using goals to plan your homeschool instruction.
